6.1 Accepted Payment Methods. cika4d accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively via the following Malaysian payment channels: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange), Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB Bank, and Hong Leong Bank. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).
6.2 Deposit Terms. All deposits must be made from a payment account held in your own name. cika4d does not accept third-party deposits. The minimum deposit amount is RM 30 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion. Deposits are typically credited to your Account within minutes of confirmation by the payment provider.
6.3 Withdrawal Terms. Withdrawal requests are subject to completed KYC verification. Withdrawals will be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically feasible. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50. Estimated processing times are as follows:
Processing times are estimates only and may vary due to banking system schedules, public holidays, or technical factors outside cika4d's control. cika4d reserves the right to delay a withdrawal pending satisfactory completion of identity or source-of-funds verification.
6.4 Currency. All Account balances, deposits, and withdrawals are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). cika4d does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies directly.
Deposits from payment accounts not in your own name will be reversed and the corresponding Account may be suspended. This policy exists to protect all players from fraud and money laundering.
7.1 General Terms. All bonuses, free spins, cashback rewards, VIP benefits, birthday bonuses, and referral rewards offered by cika4d are subject to these Terms and any additional specific terms communicated at the time the promotion is offered. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for that promotion.
7.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier and eligible games will be specified in each promotion's terms. Real Money Funds are used before Bonus Funds in all wagers.
7.3 Bonus Abuse. cika4d actively monitors for bonus abuse patterns including, but not limited to: multi-accounting, wagering on excluded games to meet requirements, arbitrage betting strategies designed to produce a risk-free profit from a bonus, and coordinated abuse across multiple players. cika4d reserves the right to cancel bonuses, void winnings derived from abusive play, and close Accounts where bonus abuse is detected.
7.4 Bonus Expiry. Bonus Funds that are not utilised or wagered within the validity period specified in the applicable promotion will automatically expire and be removed from the Account without compensation.
7.5 VIP Programme. Participation in the cika4d VIP Programme (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum) is at the sole discretion of cika4d. The Company reserves the right to adjust, modify, or terminate the VIP Programme at any time, and to revise a Player's tier status based on account activity, compliance, or any other factor deemed relevant by cika4d.
8.1 Game Integrity. All casino games offered on cika4d utilise certified random number generator (RNG) technology or live dealer streams sourced from licensed studios. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical long-run averages and do not guarantee any individual outcome in a given session.
8.2 Sports Betting. Sports betting odds are set by cika4d and are subject to change prior to the acceptance of any bet. 8.3 Void Bets. cika4d reserves the right to void any bet placed where an obvious pricing error has occurred, where the bet was placed after the relevant event or market had already commenced or concluded, or where evidence of market manipulation or suspicious activity exists.
8.4 Maximum Win Limits. Maximum win limits per bet, per game session, or per 24-hour period may apply and will be communicated in the relevant game or betting market. Winnings in excess of applicable limits may be adjusted or voided at cika4d's discretion.
8.5 Technical Failures. In the event of a technical failure during a game round or live event, cika4d's decision regarding the outcome of that round or bet shall be final. The Platform will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes arising from technical failures fairly and in a timely manner.

11.1 The cika4d Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, cika4d disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
11.2 cika4d shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits, even if cika4d has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
11.3 In no event shall cika4d's aggregate liability to any Player exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit cika4d's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited.
12.1 Termination by Player. You may close your Account at any time by contacting cika4d customer support. Prior to closure, any Real Money Funds remaining in your Account (less any applicable deductions) will be returned to your verified payment method, provided KYC verification is complete and no outstanding disputes or investigations are in progress.
12.2 Suspension or Closure by cika4d. cika4d reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including where:
12.3 Balance on Closure. Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, cika4d may forfeit all Bonus Funds and any winnings derived therefrom. Real Money Funds may be withheld pending investigation and returned net of any losses or damages incurred by cika4d as a direct result of the breach.
13.1 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection provisions in your jurisdiction.
13.2 In the event of a dispute between you and cika4d regarding the Platform or these Terms, you agree to first contact our customer support team to seek an informal resolution. cika4d will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days.
13.3 Where informal resolution is not achieved, disputes may be referred to an independent arbitration process at cika4d's election, or to a competent court of appropriate jurisdiction as a last resort.
cika4d reserves the right to modify, amend, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page and, where practicable, notify active Players by email or in-platform notification.
Your continued use of the cika4d Platform following the posting of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any amendment, you should cease using the Platform and close your Account before the amended Terms take effect.
